To access Urchin,  point your browser at: www.urchin.com, and enter the username / password combination supplied when your site was set up to access that site's stats.

If you have no previous experience with Urchin, in essence, much like other statistical software, Urchin will provide reports against a configurable date range; such as: Traffic, Pages and Files, Navigation, Referrals, Domains & Users and Browsers & Users.
