Starting Off Setting Up A Site
Once you get the greenlight - this is what happens next...
Once we have received a PSA (Pepperio Service Agreement), we set up a new site - this could either be an empty site, or a site based on an existing template*. Once a site has been set up access details will be emailed to you.
The primary representative - often a Project or Account Manager, then sets up users of the site. These could be internal or outsourced developers, content providers, or client site administrators.
The next part of the process is actual web page development. Build your html layouts externally of Pepperio, and once those are signed off by the client and validated - XHTML 1.0 Strict, they can then be bought into the product.
Look at Creating a page to see how the conversion process of flat html to dynamic code takes place. Document Workflow and Components give extra information of how Pepperio strings the elements together to build a page.
*Even an 'empty' site isn't actually empty. We provide a selection of Snippets, and layouts to get you started.
