Server Error in '/' Application
Why do I see this screen instead of the live site?
Problem:
The appearance of this screen is normally attributed to the Domain Name not being set up on our IIS server. So even if you have redirected the CNAME of the domain to the Pepperio site, the domain will not resolve if it hasn't been added to our IIS server. We can only do this if know of the domain's existence, and is usually done when we set up the site.
If you leave the 'website address' field empty, or "unknown" we can't add the url to our records.
Fix:
Notify us at the earliest opportunity of the domain name/s for the site. Ideally, on your PSA.
