Are the access rights correct?

I can't view/edit/publish this page - why not?

If you are having problems viewing, editing or publishing pages the problem could lie with the user group you belong to or access rights applied to a page.

Problem:

You cannot access one or more of Pages, Templates, People or Assets.

Fix:

Check with the Site administrator (normally the reseller) that you have been set up as part of the correct group. If you are the site administrator you will have been set up with full access rights.

Problem:

You cannot view, edit, delete, publish, etc specific pages.

Fix:

This would normally mean that for some reason one or more of those actions would have been switched off on the specific page. This could happen to any user group, therefore you should have your Site Administrator check the access rights to the page for the group to which you belong.
