Is the email address valid?
Mail from the system is not being delivered.
Problem:
Someone is not receiving email password reminders.
Fix:
If, when added to a group, a user's email address is not valid that user will not receive a reminder email if they select 'forgotten your password'? Ensure each user has a valid address to use the password retriever. Without the ability to use that feature, the only other way to reset a password is for a Site Administrator to manually reset passwords.
The user will also not receive any notifications of changes to pages.
