Delay in publishing

Things don't go live immediately!

Problem:

I have published my content - where is it?

Fix:

When a page, layout or snippet  is published, in effect the page is moved from a development server to a staging server and waits here to be picked up and placed on the live site. Every 10 minutes, a script moves pages from staging to live, unless those pages have a future publishing date or time set (in page properties), in which case they will remain on the staging server until that date and time are met.
