Publish your content via rss

Learn how to publish your content for syndication by other sites using the RSS format.

The steps this video takes are:

1. Open in a web browser the page you want to publish

2. Convert the page to html by changing the suffix of the page from .html to .xml

3. Scroll through the document until you find the the actual content, scroll to the start of this content and make a note of the location (normaly '-1')

4. Append this line to the page url: ?location=-1£subtype=rss (or change the location reference to suit if not '-1'.

5. Copy the full url, and create a new External Link asset, pasting this url into the corresponding asset field.

6. Once applied to the page, this link will either open a rss reader, or your web browser may parse itt.
